Diversity and Inclusion
An environment where people feel welcome and safe from harassment and discrimination fits into Tolko’s value of respect. To support Tolko’s commitment to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, we recognize that we need to educate ourselves, build awareness and provide relevant training to all employees. In addition to our Respectful Workplace Policy and emphasis on inclusive language in all our materials, Tolko provides ongoing training and/or resources on Diversity and Inclusion; coordinated through 3 of our people strategies: Youth, Aboriginal and Women.
We also support initiatives that promote Diversity and Inclusion within the company, through our Community Investment Program, and our Innovation Fund. We’re committed to building a workplace where everyone can grow, develop and succeed.
