Hilary Wait, Forestry Superintendent at Tolko, recently presented a donation to Tracy Ireland of the High Prairie Municipal Library to support their after-school programs for children.
Tolko recognized its Northwest Regional Woodlands Division earlier this year with a Forest Management Excellence Award. The division was given $1,000 to donate to a charity or non-profit organization of their choice, in keeping with Tolko’s efforts to support local communities.
The donation will be used to augment the library’s current supply of iPads for their after-school program.
