The editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers have recognized Tolko as one BC’s Top Employers for 2024.
The 2024 winners were officially announced today, February 13, in a special magazine published by the Vancouver Sun. A digital version of the magazine is available online, and includes elements of Tolko’s profile on page 17. Our full profile can be found on the Canada’s Top 100 website.
The competition has been running since 2006 and considers eight aspects of a company: (1) Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
