Soda Creek Division, Williams Lake, BC
The Soda Creek mill, which was originally known as the Pinette & Therrien mill, was co-founded by Gabe Pinette in 1953 as the town’s first fixed sawmill. In 1982, after a decade of partnership, P & T was sold to BC Forest Products. Following several more variations, Soda Creek became part of the Tolko family in 2004. Soda Creek currently employs 180 employees. It operates near our Lakeview mill, which is also in Williams Lake.
