The event will take place in Kamloops, BC May 24th and May 25th, 2024, at the Coast Kam-loops Hotel and Conference Centre. The trade show portion of the event will be 2 days this year running from 12pm to 6pm Friday the 24th and 1pm to 4pm Saturday the 25th.

Seminars will take place on Friday the 24th starting at 9:00am until 1:00pm and Saturday the 25th starting at 9:00am until 11:00 am. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 am Saturday morning.
