Send us your concerns by email to: environment@tolko.com.

Please include in your submission:

• The name of the Tolko facility where the incident occurred;
• Your location relative to the facility;
• The time and date of the occurrence; and
• A description of what was observed with any pictures relating to the occurrence attached.

When we receive your complaint we will:

• Send an automated response acknowledging receipt of the email;
• Investigate the complaint and take action as appropriate; and
• Respond to you with a summary of the investigation and any actions taken.
