Taking a look back at the work we did last year to help build better communities, together.
Tolko supported some fantastic organizations and community partners in 2023, and we’ve prepared a short video to help recognize them for the work they do as well as celebrate our employees who were able to lend a helping hand. We’d like to thank all of our amazing community partners, and we’re so happy to support your efforts. We’re excited to continue our collaboration in 2024. A couple of key highlights from last year include:
- The Canadian Mental Health Association (Vernon & District) received funds to support their rent bank program.
- Seven food banks in the Okanagan Region received funds in December to help with a challenging time of the year.
- Tolko divisions donated to a wide variety of organizations, including care centres, city parks and services, school programs, Aboriginal child development centres and youth camps, family shelters, youth clubs, and youth sports.
