Tolko is a proud supporter of the Anahim Lake Community Association’s efforts to bring an event that features youth, family fun and games to the local community.
Anahim Lake, which is located 319 km west of Williams Lake faced some challenges last year. After receiving an evacuation order last summer due to a nearby wildfire, the association decided that the annual stampede is what the community needs now more than ever before.
In its 81st year, the Anahim Lake Stampede will take place the weekend after the Canada Day holiday, and will be host to a fun-filled event of rodeos, cow riding, gymkhana and more.
